These terms govern the use of our digital learning platform and participation in technology courses for modern digital professions.
These terms of use apply to all courses offered via the website forhawk.com. The provider is TechKurse GmbH, Dunja-Kühn-Weg 9a, 07451 2049586, info@forhawk.com. The platform imparts knowledge in the areas of technology, digital professions, and practical learning.
By registering and booking a course, you agree to these terms. The courses serve professional development and teach both basic and advanced skills.
The offered technology courses include video lessons, interactive exercises, downloadable materials, and access to a community. The content is regularly updated to meet the requirements of modern digital professions.
Each course has a fixed duration and a defined learning path. Access to the materials remains available for 12 months after the course start. An extension is possible for a fee.
As a user, you undertake to keep your access data confidential and not to reproduce or share any course content without written permission. The courses are intended exclusively for personal use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your technical equipment (internet connection, browser, operating system) enables the use of the platform. Liability for technical disruptions on the part of the provider is excluded, unless they are due to gross negligence.
In discussion forums and groups, the rules of respectful interaction apply. Insults, spam, or unauthorized advertising will lead to exclusion without a refund of the course fees.
The course fees are due before the start of the course. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking without giving any reason. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration. If course content has already been used, a pro-rata fee may be charged.
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
The course content is created with the utmost care. Liability for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the learning content is excluded unless intent is present. The courses do not replace formal vocational training or certification.
The contract ends automatically upon completion of the booked course. For monthly subscriptions, the notice period is 30 days to the end of the month. Termination must be made in writing by email to info@forhawk.com.
In the event of a violation of these terms, the provider may immediately block access and terminate the contract without notice. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of fees already paid.
The provider reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes by email. If the user does not object within four weeks of receiving the change notification, the new terms are deemed accepted.
The changes relate in particular to adaptation to new legal requirements or technical developments of the platform. The current version is available at forhawk.com/terms.html.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the provider. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
